Note: The modems that we supply for our Cable High Speed Internet services only contain one port and do not have built-in wireless. If you would like wireless, you would need to obtain your own router. Otherwise if you would prefer a modem with built-in wireless, please choose our DSL service.
Note: We are only able to provide technical support for modems that are ordered through us, as these are the modems that our representatives are trained on. If you choose to continue with your own modem, you would be responsible for any technical support concerning the modem

We are registered with these institutions as "Eyesurf.net" and "Eyesurf Corp". When making a payment, you will also need to include your customer ID number (CID) which is found at the bottom of your invoice (your invoice will be emailed to you upon submitting this form)
